I've enjoyed a nine-year career working with a combination of start-ups and international clients on scaling up their sales & marketing activity, building out teams, and coaching them to new heights. Through this, and personally, I made wonderful connections and started to work with people in their personal lives in all areas; from families & relationships, to career aspirations.

Alongside my personal experiences with coaches, on recognising the vastness of the self-development industry, it became evident that there is a profound amount of information telling you 'what' to do, but the really helpful information on 'how' to do it was limited.

"How?" is the exact reason I started coaching. After years of asking, and answering that very same question, I've adapted my coaching approach to help my clients find their answer for "how?"
